Billing FAQs
How does the free plan work?
Create an account in the app. Your workspace can connect up to two social accounts and publish up to ten posts per UTC calendar month. Drafts and scheduling do not count toward the publish cap until a post is successfully published.
How does per-channel pricing work?
In the app, workspace admins open Billing, pick how many channels they want, and pay with Stripe Checkout. Each unit is one concurrent connected social account slot. You get unlimited publishes for that workspace while the subscription is active.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe may mark the subscription past due. Your workspace is treated like the free tier for limits until billing is healthy again, so you can keep using the product within free caps.
What about team / enterprise?
Use Contact sales on this site. We will agree on limits and billing (including invoicing) and enable a team plan on your workspace.
